Covenant University was founded on 21st October 2002, and this October, she will be celebrating 20 years of global impact, outstanding success, and undeniable results. The CUALA community will join in the celebrations of our beloved alma mater. In commemoration of this 20th anniversary, we are organizing and celebrating with 6 major activities.
CUALA Endowment Fund
In line with the activities of world-class alumni associations, we have launched an endowment fund to sustain the impact we’ve had on our society. The target Fund value is N1 billion by 2029 with a first fundraising target of N100 million by Oct 2022.
Eagles-in-flight Documentary
The documentary, which features Eagles soaring across several sectors, key stakeholders in the Covenant University community, as well as major employers of Eagles, premiered at Eagles Summit 2022.
Eagles Summit
The most anticipated event for Covenant University graduates held on Saturday, the 22nd of October 2022. Our chancellor and Papa Eagle, Bishop David Oyedepo hosted Covenant University graduates physically and virtually. It was indeed a Summit to remember.
CU History Wall Monument
The history wall, which visually captures the history of Covenant University by highlighting major milestones, achievements, and its evolution in its 20 years of existence, was showcased at Eagles Summit 2022.
CUALA Business Fair

Homecoming Concert
The concert, scheduled to hold on Saturday, the 15th of October, 2022, has been CANCELLED due to circumstances beyond our control. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Novelty Football Tournament
A football tournament featuring Eagles, Covenant University students & faculty, and alumni teams of select universities, held on Saturday, the 17th of September 2022.
