Bio:
Ibukunoluwa Ijaopo has a degree in Microbiology and a Masters in Public Health Nutrition from Covenant University, Nigeria and the University of Chester, UK respectively. She is passionate about quality basic education in Nigeria and nutrition education and health promotion amongst young people. Currently, she is a Food Quality Assurance officer- enforcing regulatory compliance and ensuring food safety and hygiene.
