About the Role
The company is currently looking for a Fulltime Business Support/Administrator.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Undertake relevant business research provide analysis that will guide the Director’s decision-making process
- Data entry and creating reports
- Managing email and general business correspondence
- Taking charge of specific project action items
- Providing updates and following-up on relevant project team members
- Managing invoices and tracking expenses
- Creating templates and documents
- Scheduling meetings and taking minutes
- Tracking project timelines to ensure nothing falls within the cracks
- Other general administration tasks as directed by the Director
Skills
- Good attention to detail
- Have solid oral & written communication & organisational skills.
- Highly proficient computer skills
- Highly competent in Microsoft suite with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, P/Point, SharePoint and Outlook, amongst others
- Adept in learning new systems/software
- Creative abilities (graphic & content design, using cloud-based software like Canva, Lucid charts, adobe and more
- Must be highly motivated with proactive and practical problem-solving skills.
- Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality
- Customer Satisfaction Oriented

- A positive attitude displayed in being courteous and respectful to clients and team members.

Experience
