Position Overview
We seek a talented and creative In-house Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, good graphic design skills, and the ability to create engaging and impactful content across various social media platforms. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively to amplify our brand’s presence and impact. You must also be physically fit as you will be on your feet often!
Key Responsibiities
• Develop and produce high-quality, engaging video content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Create compelling graphics, infographics, videos, and other visual content to enhance our social media posts and campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with Talent Mine Academy’s brand guidelines and voice
• Assist in creating promotional materials and campaigns to raise awareness and drive engagement.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos during events, classroom activities, and other significant moments.
• Edit and produce visually appealing videos for social media, website, and other promotional purposes.
Key Skills and Requirements
• Proven experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role.
• Exceptional creativity and an eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences and drives engagement.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine interest in education and a commitment to the mission of Talent Mine Academy.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with non-profit organizations or in the education sector.
• Knowledge of the local community and an understanding of the challenges faced by children in low-income areas.
