Legal Officer/Secretary at Josiah Fidel Consulting

A fast growing Indigenous construction and property development company in Abuja, is in need of an experienced hand to fill the following position immediately:

Job Requirement.

  • An understanding of the role of process in delivering legal services effectively.
  • Proven track record of working on commercial real estate including Landlord/Agents and Tenant, Agreements, Acquisition, Disposals, Development.
  • Must possess a deep understand of land property management in Abuja, Lagos and Nigeria in General.
  • Ability to make property cluster a profitable venture
  • Must possess a deep understanding of corporate law transactions and other legal matters.
  • Litigation, mortgage and debt recovery experience is an added advantage.
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Experience in report writing and preparing agreements and legal documents.
  • Proven ability to determine priorities, cope with high volumes of work, plan & organize workloads, set targets, meet deadlines and achieve high standard results
  • Flexible and willing to travel on short notice.

Qualification.

  • Candidates should possess LL.B
  • An MBA, Masters of PGD in a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years post call to bar experience in legal practice.

Remuneration: N100, 000 and above (depending on level of competence)
