Our platform helps businesses enhance their customer engagement (via email, sms, push notification and WhatsApp), and increase their customer retention and revenue. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Developer to join our team and drive growth in these sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and target potential clients in the financial and transport services industries.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Present, promote and sell our SaaS solutions to prospective clients through various sales channels.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide comprehensive explanations of features and benefits.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors and also attend industry events to network.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales within the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of the financial and transport services sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

N/B: You will start on a 3-month probation, confirmation to full-time employment is highly dependent on achieving the set goals (we would mutually agree to the goals at the start of the contract).
