About the Role
Lucid is Digicore’s business banking platform, built for African businesses that want modern, reliable, and powerful financial tools. From payments to reconciliation, Lucid runs on infrastructure we’ve built in-house to power the next generation of digital banking across the continent. We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead critical parts of Lucid’s platform, from user-facing features to backend systems. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, support, and leadership to shape what we build, why we build it, and how we deliver it.
What You’ll Do
Product Leadership
● Own and drive the product roadmap for one or more squads across Lucid
● Translate business and customer needs into well-scoped technical requirements
● Work with engineers to design scalable systems and make trade-offs when needed
● Define success metrics and track performance post-release
Execution & Delivery
● Write clear product specs and lead sprint planning, standups, and reviews
● Manage backlogs and ensure smooth coordination between engineering and design
● Break down complex problems into simple, testable, and iterative solutions
● Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features that meet user and business goals
Stakeholder Collaboration
● Liaise with customers, support, compliance, and operations to gather feedback
● Work closely with the QA and Support teams to triage bugs and prioritize fixes
● Communicate updates and timelines to internal stakeholders clearly and regularly
● Contribute to documentation and training resources to support smooth rollouts
The Role is Perfect for You if You
● Have 2–4 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or
infrastructure
● Have a technical background (e.g. in engineering, data, or systems thinking) and can
hold your own in technical conversations
● Understand APIs, backend systems, and how platforms scale
● Are a clear communicator who can manage complexity without creating confusion
● Have a strong sense of ownership and accountability
● Are energized by fast-moving teams, imperfect information, and hard problems
● Care deeply about product quality and doing right by the end user.
