Each CUALA election cycle requires an electoral committee responsible for ensuring a free and fair process. The committee is typically divided into sub-teams, with each team overseeing a specific aspect of the election cycle.

2024 Supplementary Electoral Committee
The 2024 CUALA Supplementary elections set out to fill the following vacant CUALA leadership positions; President, Flight Leads for 2009, 2021, 2022 and 2023, and Chapter Leads for Abuja, Canada & the USA. The winners of the elections joined the already sworn-in CUALA leadership team.
