Bio:
Emmanuella is an experienced HR professional with over 9 years of post-grad working experience. She’s currently working with STI Assets Management limited as Head, Human Resources. Prior to that she worked with Elin Group Limited as deputy HR manager and started her career with Parthian Partners Limited and left as a senior associate. For every company she has worked with, she plays a crucial role in shaping the organization’s culture, fostering talent development, and ensuring employees thrive. She has created strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent in alignment with the business objectives.
Emmanuella Uuijiatalor is a graduate of English Language and Literary Studies. In 2015, she started Gras Gifts & More, a registered gifting company that has both corporate and personal clients.
She is the Lead Consultant with Human Resources from the Heart, a company she started in 2018 to help SMEs recruit the right talent for the right role/position.
Emmanuella has also supported Covenant University Alumni Association (CUALA) by actively participating in several CUALA projects and events including the mentoring program, CV clinic etc
Outside work, Emmanuella volunteers with SmileCare Initiative, Hands on Clay Foundation, Read with Cee and HOPE charity foundation. She joined HOPE as a volunteer in 2011 to serve teenagers and be a part of an exceptional group of young adults eager to Help Other People Excel. She has served in different work streams within HOPE, from Marketing and Media to People and Programs and she is currently the Lead, People.
She is also a proud Sunday school teacher to an amazing group of teenagers.
