Introducing the 2023 Electoral Committee, charged with the task of ensuring a free and fair election. The committee is divided into different sub-teams, each one responsible for a specific aspect of this election cycle.
The teams are expected to work together in carrying out their tasks to aid a smooth and hitch-free election.

THE TEAMS
NOMINATION & SCREENING TEAM
It is the team’s responsibility to open nominations in accordance with eligibility criteria, assess nominations for eligibility, announce candidates and monitor compliance.
VOTING & AUDIT TEAM
The team ensures Eagles are registered to participate in the transparent voting process and audits final votes to ensure no rogue votes are cast.
COMMUNICATIONS & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
The team is to educate and engage the community on all election-related matters in collaboration with central communications, to raise awareness about the elections and in turn, increase voters turnout.
ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM
This team is responsible for documenting the electoral process, managing administrative duties, and collaborating with the alumni secretariat for the inauguration of the newly elected leaders.
